Increasing the specific capacity of capacitors by increasing the dielectric constant of the oxide film of the working medium is one of the common methods to solve the miniaturization and lightweight of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. In this study, the surface self-assembly method was used to introduce sulfonic acid groups on the surface of aluminum foil to change the charging properties of the aluminum foil surface, and the electrostatic repulsion between the rubber particles of the aluminum foil AND titanium dioxide precursors was converted into electrostatic attraction, thus increasing the deposition of titanium dioxide on the surface of aluminum foil. After heat treatment AND anodizing, a high dielectric constant Al2O3/TiO2 composite film was formed on the surface of the aluminum foil. Compared with the anode aluminum foil without TiO2 coating, the titanium content on the surface of the composite film prepared by surface self-assembly method is increased by 30 times, and its specific capacity is increased by 44.26% under 400 V withstand voltage. The large specific capacity anodized aluminum foil prepared by this method has great application potential in the aluminum electrolytic capacitor industry.
